Join our residential life team!

We are looking for a team of responsible, caring, energetic individuals who are interested in working with high school students to promote a positive, inclusive, and authentic college experience.

Community Assistants (CAs) will serve as role models, provide valuable insight on the transition from high school to college, and promote a welcoming, inclusive environment. CAs live in the residence hall among our students, promote university and housing policies, develop evening and weekend social programs on campus, and chaperone field trips.

Share your love for college and the U while building your work experience!
